Return & Refund Policy

At Pearl Amora, each pearl bag and jewelry piece is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, we have a limited return and refund policy.

Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

To request a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

If your return is approved, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and handmade nature, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight variations in design (each piece is handmade and unique)

  • Used or damaged items (not caused during delivery)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
