Order Processing Time

  • Each product is handmade after your order is placed

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Shipping Time

  • After dispatch, delivery takes 3–5 business days across Pakistan

  • Total delivery time: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide

  • Orders may be confirmed via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp

Important Note (Handmade Products)

  • Since all items are handmade, slight delays may occur during high order volume

  • Each piece is unique, so minor variations are normal

Refused or Unreceived Orders

  • Customers who refuse COD orders without valid reason may be blocked from future purchases

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Share clear photos for verification
